Franklin Park, Northlake police blotter for Sept. 18

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Franklin Park and Northlake police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Franklin Park
THEFT
Three white semi trailers were reported stolen from Ablaze Transportation, 11409 Irving Park Road, between Sept. 3 and 14.
A 1989 Chevrolet Caprice was reported stolen at 8:44 a.m. Sept. 14 from the 11000 block of Seymour Avenue.
Northlake
BURGLARY
Two men were arrested the morning of Sept. 17 in connection with two burglaries on the first block of King Arthur Court. A resident saw two men in a four-door Lexus allegedly burglarizing an apartment at about 10 a.m. Sept. 11. Another burglary attempt was made by two men in the same vehicle at another apartment on King Arthur Court the morning of Sept. 17. The two men were arrested in Bellwood. Northlake police are seeking charges, Sgt. Chris Mowinski said Monday.
ALCOHOL
Clinton Filichia, 39, of 230 S. Villa Ave., Villa Park was charged with driving under the influence at 2:38 a.m. Sept. 12 near Interstate 290 and Lake Street. He was also charged with speeding, having a blood alcohol level of more than .08, driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, no insurance and no license on person. His next court date is Oct. 16.
Brayan Palacios, 26, of 1076 W. Irving Park Road, Bensenville was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:40 a.m. Sept. 9 near Lake Street and Railroad Avenue. He was also charged with improper lane use, speeding, aggravated DUI for having a suspended license and driving with a blood alcohol level of more than .08. His last court date was Sept. 11.~.
