Guerin Prep to present fairytales Oct. 28-29

The fairytales of the Brothers Grimm will be told by the students of Guerin College Prep High School, 8001 W. Belmont Ave., River Grove, turned on their heads in this fast-paced, rollicking ride as two narrators and several actors attempt to combine all 209 stories ranging from classics like “Snow White,” “Cinderella” and “Hansel and Gretel” to more bizarre, obscure stories like “The Devil’s Grandmother” and “The Girl Without Hands.”
This is a wild, free-form comedy with lots of audience participation and madcap fun.
Performances will be held at 4 and 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, and Saturday, Oct. 29, in the Guerin Prep’s Cuny Auditorium.
