Franklin Park police blotter for Oct. 30

Franklin Park
Battery
Santiagi Jimenez, 29, of 3135 George St., Franklin Park, was charged with domestic battery and theft at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 26 on the 3100 block of George Street.
Disorderly Conduct
Christian Tlazola-Galvan, 19, of 2903 Willince Ave., Melrose Park, and Claudio Abarca, 18, of 2901 Vinan, Melrose Park, were charged with disorderly conduct at 7:09 p.m. Oct. 26 on the 10200 block of Grand Avenue. Their next court date is Nov. 15.
Theft
Kim M. Harris, 49, of 2415 Mannheim Road, Melrose Park, was charged with retail theft at 5:11 p.m. Oct. 23 on the 10200 block of Grand Avenue.
Alcohol
Edgar Jimenez, 35, of 3150 Ruby St., Franklin Park, was charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license, improper parking on the roadway and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 3:47 a.m. Oct. 20 near Ruby and Pacific. He has a Nov. 11 court date.
Marek Gebka, 56, of 3248 Sunset, Franklin Park, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol greater than .08 at 2:55 p.m. Oct. 20 on the 2500 block of Rose Street. His next court date is Nov. 12.
Tanya Mueller, 28, of 3416 Scott, Franklin Park, was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and endangering the life or health of a child at 4:59 p.m. Oct. 20 near Lesser and Scott. Her next court date is Nov. 8.
Stanoslaw J. Szetlak, 44, of 3653 Scott St., Franklin Park, was charged with driving while under the influence, driving while under the influence with a blood alcohol count more than .08, operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 5:10 p.m. Oct. 21 near Scott Street and Belmont. His next court date is Nov. 8.
Jozef Lombara, 52, of 3013 Oriole, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 9:36 p.m. Oct. 23 on the 9300 block of Belmont Avenue. His next court date is Nov. 8.
Gina C. Castaneda, 24, of 7325 Ainslie, Harwood Heights, was charged with driving while under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level higher than .08 and driving over the statutory limit at 4:03 a.m. Oct. 26 near Mannheim and Waveland. Her next court date is Dec. 13.
Mario M. Garcia, 42, of 1944 Ohio St., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level over .08 and driving over the statutory limit at 12:29 a.m. Oct. 27 near Grand and Elm. His next court date is Nov. 12.
Vitalij Lazaryev, 56, of 4010 Keystone, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane use. The arrest took place 8:49 p.m. Oct. 27 on the 9200 block of Belmont Avenue. His next court date is Nov. 29.
