Franklin Park, Northlake police blotter for Oct. 9

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Franklin Park and Northlake police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Franklin Park

BURGLARY

A house on the 3000 block of Sarah Street was reported burglarized at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 4. Someone entered through an unlocked back window. A Sony video game console, games, digital camera and Toshiba laptop computer were stolen.

An Apple iPad worth $600 and a silver Nikon camera worth $116 were reported stolen at 6:10 p.m. Oct. 1 from a home on the 3000 block of Prairie Street. A kitchen window screen was found cut.

ALCOHOL

Daniel L. Lymberopoulos was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:41 a.m. Oct. 3 near the intersection of Sunset and Minneapolis. His last court date was Oct. 8.

Northlake

THEFT

Linda M. Clark, 30, 1912 Division, Melrose Park was charged with felony retail theft and possession of a controlled substance – tentatively identified as cocaine – at 6:37 p.m. Oct. 3 at Walmart, 137 W. North Ave. Police said she was also wanted on a warrant from Chicago on prostitution charges. Her next court date is Oct. 30.

BURGLARY

About $1,350 in electronics and $300 in jewelry were stolen from a house on the 600 block of Roy between noon and 11 p.m. Sept. 29. The front door was kicked in.

ALCOHOL

Eduardo Solis, 38, of 2145 N. Hawthorne, Melrose Park was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use at 2:35 a.m. Sept. 30 on North Avenue near Mannheim Road. His next court date is Oct. 16

Cesar Rivera, 35, of 1354 Glengary Drive, Glendale Heights was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding on North Avenue near Railroad Avenue at 5:05 a.m. Sept. 30. His next court date is Oct. 16

Daniel Klich, 34, of 3040 N. Gustav, Franklin Park was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license on the 2400 block of Mannheim Road at 5 a.m. Sept. 29. His next court date is Oct. 16.
