Leyden Township seeks veterans to honor

Leyden Township is seeking nominations for a few good men – and women – to go up on a Veterans’ Honor Wall.
The township will dedicate a Veterans’ Honor Wall on Veterans Day. The wall will be located at the township offices, 2501 Mannheim Road.
In the meanwhile, the township is seeking nominations of people, living or deceased, who served in the U.S. Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines or Navy. Nominees must be a current or past resident of Leyden Township and have been honorably discharged.
Nominations are due by Aug. 31.
