Saturday dance party planned
The Chicago Dance Chapter of USA Dance will be conducting “Valentines’ Romantic Rumba” on Saturday.
Doors open at 7 p.m. Rumba lesson with Matt Rivers from 7:30-8:15 p.m. at The Centre at North Park, 10040 Addison (at Scott Street), Franklin Park.
Social dancing begins at 8:15 p.m. and ends at 11 p.m. (includes mixers). Admission is $8 for members, $10 for nonmembers and $6 for students. Must show membership or identification card.

‘Learn how to stay
young’ Feb. 16
“Learn How To Stay Young” will be held at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 16 at Concord Place, 401 W. Lake St., Northlake.
Fix bad habits that may lead to potential health problems in later years.
Drs. Darrin Redinger and Travis Bertke from Illinois Spinal Care of Elmhurst, have developed a wellness presentation. “Learn How To Stay Young” provides a look into how to better take care of ourselves as we live longer lives. The program will help you learn how to improve balance, build strength, develop better posture and enhance your overall mobility.
Doctors Redinger and Bertke will bring their 18 years of combined experience to help teach the public how to avoid and prevent spinal disorder. The program will be free to the public; and food will be provided for all participants.
