The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Franklin Park Police Department and the Northlake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Franklin Park

ALCOHOL

Concepcion J. Beltran, 47, of 9926 Armitage, Melrose Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on the 2700 block of Mannheim Road at 2:19 a.m. Jan. 6. His next court date is Jan 24.

Northlake

ALCOHOL

Manuel Federico, 55, of 10022 Medill, Melrose Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and failure to signal on North Avenue near 37th Avenue at 2:45 a.m. Jan. 12. His next court date is Feb. 26.
